If you are sending a personal check please let me know and I will tell you whom to make the check to and total with shipping and/or insurance..do not send checks under the name SpankinArt or Spankys Lampwork, the bank won't take those..  Because of Paypals high fees, I do prefer checks. Especially money orders..Personal checks I do wait to clear my bank (unless you've been a long time customer of mine here or on ebay and I trust you)..But as a perk to sending me a check I will send you a few free goodies with each purchase.  I do understand that paypal is easy and convenient for everyone so I gladly accept Paypal payments. I love paypal, just not their high fees.

Shipping Policies: I usually ship within two days of receiving payment if it is an automatic payment through Paypal..I do not take other credit cards at this time..I pay most of my bills through billpay and love it..I would gladly accept checks from billpay.

* Check or money order payments should be mailed promptly especially if it is an item that is one-of-a-kind. If payment is not received in 7 days the item will go back on my website..(Unless you contact me with a reason for the delay).

I ship by USPS First Class mail.  Priority mail cost more so please email me first..

* Items paid by billpay or e-check or personal check are held until the check clears.

* Shipping Insurance is available by request at the buyer’s expense.

I do combine items for less shipping cost for you..If priority mail is cheaper and fits into the box I will mail it that way. 

PLEASE NOTE: I cannot be responsible for damaged or lost packages.., Insurance is recommended but not required and is as follows for the US.:
for items $50 and under, $1.70;
$50 to $100 is 2.15;
$100 to 200 is 2.60.
200 -300 is 4.65
300-$5,000.00 is 4.65 plus .90 for each $100 or fraction thereof over $300.

Returns: I know it's hard to shop online ~ If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of delivery for instructions regarding the return. I will refund your money (minus the postage paid for shipping) after the item has been returned to me in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. I cannot however take returns on any of the beauty products.
